Sandy Gill
Sandy Gill is a stylist and designer based out of Ontario, Canada. Sandy has a background in political science and teaching but has always had a passion for fashion. In university, Sandy was focused on getting a degree and job that would help her to start making money and create financial stability for herself. Sandy felt like being the “fashionista” that she is would only ever be one part of her life rather than her career.
After making her Instagram account public, her following grew and her posts evolved from daily outfits to include “how to” styling videos among other content.

Over the past six years, Sandy’s Instagram following has grown to over 97k followers and she is known for styling public figures such as Nabela Noor, Hasan and Beena Minhaj, Lilly Singh, Salone Monet, and Utkarsh Ambudkar just to name a few.
The “Sandy Suit,” is a unisex suit that incorporates vibrant colors and Indian fabrics created by Sandy for her first red carpet event. Sandy’s love for fashion is not just about style or prints but as she puts it, “feeling a certain way when you’re wearing things.” When Sandy started to envision her suit she thought of all the strong women in her life and immediately imagined traditional Indian fabrics some like “you find literally in every Indian mother's closet.”
The Sandy Suit became such a huge hit at the red carpet event that Sandy started to create suits for clients that wanted them. This product makes Sandy and her brand unique and sets her apart from other stylists and creators. It is these stories of strong women coupled with Sandy’s Indian heritage that shines through the fabrics and designs.
